Long days in the field have been interspersed by long drives across rocky terrain. Late nights staying up documenting our insights and team bonding have made the drives prime times to catch up on sleep. This led to a series we call: “Sleeping and Creeping,” which is pretty self-explanatory. Enjoy!
Before leaving for Kenya, our team spent the past week in the Johns Hopkins Biomedical Engineering Design Studio working on prototypes to bring to the field. From brainstorming to sewing to circuitry to learning neonatal care, we spent hours working to prepare ourselves for the upcoming 3 weeks!
